A slightly rising trail takes you to the Mieminger Plateau and via lush meadows and marshlands to the little village of Barwies (875m). Across Holzleiten saddle (1087m) you reach Nassereith (838m) – heading towards the last but strenuous uphill climb to Tegestal valley (935m), further on to Schweinsteinjoch (1564m) and Dristentrittkreuz peak. A wonderful trail leads from Sinnesbrunn (1520m) down to Obtarrenz, Tarrenz and Imst. (Author: Tobias Fischnaller)
