The flat but scenic cycleway follows the River Brixental to Hopfgarten (622m). A short ascent to the Grinda snack station is followed by a leisurely downhill ride to Lendwirt (690m) and another short climb to Westendorf (783m) and Brixen (794m). The road then climbs steadily via Silleralm to Hochsöll (1140m) before dropping down to Söll (698m). After a 10-kilometer long flat section you reach Wörgl, your final destination.
